You guys are stressing over this way too much.
This is so minor.

They will come up.

All you need is to look at the races one at a time and manually check for scratches looking at your race feed or by using any tote feed.

I don't agree that this is minor. If my ADW can get scratches posted before post time, so can HDW. It's an issue if you want to play horizontals or in instances where you pre-handicap the race and then find out that one of your contenders scratched when you try to place a bet. There have been days where racing has started at several tracks but there is no scratch file even an hour later. Not just updated scratches but none at all and they don't seem to catch up during play either.
I know they miss Ron but sheesh.

They say it is EQb sending them.
What do you suggest that we do?

I say that every ADW in the country gets the scratches before we do. How is that possible?

ADWs are different than data providers.

I will raise the issue again.

Recent upgrades to our network, hardware and software have exposed a few bugs that are causing intermittent problems when we post scratches and data files. We're putting fixes in place now, including a check that verifies every file before it's posted. We expect these to be in place by Wednesday.
