Make sure you always receive our emails by following these simple steps.
⭐ The 3-Step Fix (Works for Everyone)
- Open one of our emails
Check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder. - Move it to your main inbox
- Click "Not Spam" if it's in junk
- Drag it to Primary if it's in Promotions - Add us to your contacts
Save: your@email.com
Gmail (Desktop & Mobile)
- Open our email
- If in Spam → click "Not spam"
- If in Promotions → drag to Primary and confirm
- Add sender to your contacts
Optional (Advanced)
- Click the 3 dots → Filter messages like this
- Select:
- Never send to Spam
- Always mark as important
iPhone / Apple Mail
- Open the Mail app
- Find our email
- If in Junk → tap Move → Inbox
- Add sender to contacts
Outlook (Desktop & Mobile)
- Open our email
- If in Junk → click "Not Junk"
- Select "Always trust this sender"
- Add to contacts
