    This will not go anywhere in the court system. It takes money to fight this, and no law firm will see this through to the end. To must risk for zero guarantee in the end. Just my thought on this.

    You're correct.
    I spoke to an attorney friend about how a class action suit actually works when there isn't a potential giant paycheck for the law practice. He said, it generally takes about $500k just to get to the trial date - and this was about 25 years ago.

    Ryan Dickey is a fine man - I know him personally.

    for better or worse I just wanted to pass along attendance figs-mostly for younger .
    1962 NY yankee attendance per game was 18,000+ (1 year after maris hit 61 dingers)
    Aqu on track daily attendance was 30,000+
    Holywood park 31,000+

    2024 NY yankees 41,000+
    Aqu 4,000+
    Hollywood closed
