I've been playing around with a trainer object using the trainer DB on the forum. It is great getting low price winners and occasionally gets the $12-20 horse when nothing else shows that the horse is a contender.

While doing this I used the E-L Pace Analyst with addition of the HowGood object from Useful Objects. Yesterday, this analyst picked a 93/1 contender in the 2nd race at Philly when I hit refresh analyst. The horse won paying $188.20 (I didn't bet it). I looked at each object in the analyst and the horse was rated last. My question is how did the analyst get this horse when all the objects said it was a throw-out?
I've seen this phenomenon with long price horses showing up in the analyst and none of the objects in that analyst point to the horse.

This would be a guess but (logically) that horse had SOMETHING(s) of value in that object.

Remember that you can still open the object back in the MY HANDICAP window and actually look at the rankings.

I agree with you on the Trainer object. I like simply using Trainer: Today's Track and Jockey Rating as a tie breaker.
